CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY At Bright & Bronze, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide each client with a personalized, luxury experience. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, the following policies are in place: DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your service. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I understand that life happens and schedules may change. To respect the time, preparation, and availability reserved for your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. RESCHEDULE POLICY Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. After a second reschedule, full payment will be required upfront to secure any future booking. FINAL SALES Please note that all completed services and prepaid appointments are non-refundable.
